    Obejrzyj nagranie z pierwszej debaty publicznej o ZSK

    Konferencję rozpoczęło wystąpienie dyrektora Instytutu Badań Edukacyjnych, dr hab. Piotra Stankiewicza. W dalszej kolejności zgromadzeni mieli możliwość posłuchania m.in. dr hab. Ewy Chmieleckiej ze Szkoły Głównej Handlowej, Tadeusza Pisarka z Rady Dialogu Społecznego i Urszuli Martynowicz, dyrektor Departamentu Strategii, Kwalifikacji i Kształcenia Zawodowego w Ministerstwie Edukacji Narodowej. Poruszano wiele ważnych zagadnień dotyczących Zintegrowanego Systemu Kwalifikacji, paneliści odpowiadali również na pytania słuchaczy.

    2019 rokiem debaty publicznej o ZSK

    Konferencja zainaugurowała cykl dziesięciu spotkań, które będą się odbywać przez cały 2019 rok. Spotkania będą doskonałą okazją do podsumowania i refleksji na temat działań publicznych podejmowanych w kontekście rozwoju i wdrażania ZSK oraz tych planowanych na najbliższe lata. O terminach następnych spotkań będziemy informować na bieżąco.

    O kwalifikacjach na Europejskim Kongresie Samorządów

    Kongres Samorządów to organizowana przez Instytut Studiów Wschodnich platforma wymiany poglądów oraz miejsce spotkań samorządowców. W tegorocznej edycji wzięło udział ponad 2000 osób – samorządowców, przedstawicieli administracji państwowej, świata biznesu, kultury, organizacji pozarządowych, a także mediów z wielu krajów Europy Środkowej i Wschodniej. Wśród gości Kongresu znaleźli się m.in. wicepremier Beata Szydło, minister inwestycji i rozwoju Jerzy Kwieciński oraz prezydent Krakowa Jacek Majchrowski.

    ZSK dla samorządów

    Na program kongresu składało się siedem ścieżek tematycznych, obejmujących ponad 80 różnych wydarzeń: bloków programowych, raportów, paneli, warsztatów, wykładów oraz prezentacji. Dyskutowano m.in. o oporze społecznym wobec niektórych inwestycji samorządowych, relacjach między państwem i samorządem, finansowaniu zadań gmin i powiatów, międzynarodowej współpracy regionów oraz o rozwoju lokalnych rynków pracy.

    W ramach bloku tematycznego poświęconego edukacji i rynkowi pracy w regionach Natalia Kopeć-Panek z Instytutu Badań Edukacyjnych przedstawiła prezentację pod tytułem “Zintegrowany System Kwalifikacji – most łączący edukację i rynek pracy”. O ZSK uczestnicy Kongresu mogli dowiedzieć się również w prowadzonym przez IBE punkcie informacyjnym.

    On qualifications at the European Congress of Local Governments

    The Congress of Local Governments is a platform for the exchange of views organised by the Institute for Eastern Studies and a meeting place for local government officials. This year’s event was attended by over 2,000 people – local government officials, representatives of state administration, business, culture, non-governmental organisations, as well as the media from many countries of central and eastern Europe. Among the guests of the Congress were, among others: Deputy Prime Minister Beata Szydło, Minister of Investment and Development Jerzy Kwieciński and President of Kraków Jacek Majchrowski.

    The IQS for local governments

    The programme of the Congress had seven thematic tracks, covering over 80 different events: programme segments, reports, panels, workshops, lectures and presentations. Among the issues discussed were social resistance to certain local government investments, relations between the state and local government, financing the tasks of townships and counties, international cooperation among regions, and developing local labour markets.

    As part of the thematic segment devoted to education and the labour market in the regions, Natalia Kopeć-Panek from the Educational Research Institute gave a presentation entitled „The Integrated Qualification System – a bridge connecting education and the labour market”. The participants of the Congress could also learn about the IQS at IBE’s information booth.

    The next open workshop on including qualifications is already planned for April 18

    During the meeting, participants will learn how the qualifications awarded upon completion of postgraduate studies are included in the IQS, the guidelines for correctly formulating learning outcomes in the IQS, and how to properly determine the Polish Qualifications Framework level for a given qualification.

    The workshops will be conducted by trainers from the Educational Research Institute involved in designing and implementing the Integrated Qualifications Register.

    PROGRAMME

    The workshop will take place on 18/04/2019 at the „Ogrodowa 58” Business Centre (ul. Ogrodowa 58 in Warsaw).

    These is a one-day workshop (planned duration: 09:00–16:00). We provide overnight accommodation and travel expenses to non-residents of Warsaw.

    Registration is open until April 15, 2019.

    If the required number of participants do not register, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the workshops.

    Już 18 kwietnia kolejne warsztaty otwarte dotyczące włączania kwalifikacji

    Podczas spotkania uczestnicy dowiedzą się, jak włącza się kwalifikacje nadawane po ukończeniu studiów podyplomowych do Zintegrowanego Systemu Kwalifikacji, jakie są zasady prawidłowego formułowania efektów uczenia się w ZSK oraz jak poprawnie określić poziom Polskiej Ramy Kwalifikacji (PRK) dla danej kwalifikacji.

    Warsztaty poprowadzą trenerzy Instytutu Badań Edukacyjnych, zaangażowani w projektowanie i wdrażanie Zintegrowanego Rejestru Kwalifikacji.

    PROGRAM

    Spotkanie odbędzie się 18.04.2019 r. w Centrum Biznesowym „Ogrodowa 58” (ul. Ogrodowa 58 w Warszawie).

    Warsztaty są jednodniowe (planowany czas trwania: godz. 09:00-16:00). Osobom spoza Warszawy zapewniamy nocleg oraz zwrot kosztów podróży.

    Rejestracji prosimy dokonać najpóźniej do 15 kwietnia br.

    W przypadku braku zgłoszenia wymaganej liczby uczestników, organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do odwołania warsztatów.

  • The bartending qualification is already in the IQS!

    The bartending qualification is already in the IQS!

    A person with the qualification „Mixed Drinks and Alcohol Service” prepares mixed alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to ready-made recipes and creates original recipes. In a word, obtaining a certificate confirming the attainment of this qualification thus confirms that its holders have the competences of a bartender, which will help them find employment in bars, pubs and restaurants, as well as hotels or casinos.

    The awarding body of this qualification is the „Jerzy Czapla Training Centre for Bartenders” and the external quality assurance entity is the „Wielkopolska Academy of Science and Development”.

    Kwalifikacja barmańska już w ZSK!

    Osoba posiadająca kwalifikację “Serwis napojów mieszanych i alkoholi” przyrządza mieszane napoje alkoholowe oraz bezalkoholowe według gotowych receptur oraz tworząc autorskie receptury. Jednym słowem, zdobycie certyfikatu potwierdzającego uzyskanie tej kwalifikacji poświadcza więc o kompetencjach barmańskich jego posiadacza, co ułatwi mu znalezienie zatrudnienia zarówno w barach, pubach i restauracjach, jak i hotelach lub kasynach.

    Instytucją certyfikującą kwalifikację zostało “Centrum Szkolenia Barmanów, Jerzy Czapla”, a funkcję podmiotu zewnętrznego zapewniania jakości pełnić będzie “Wielkopolska Akademia Nauki i Rozwoju”.

  • Pierwszy konkurs ZSK rozstrzygnięty!

    Pierwszy konkurs ZSK rozstrzygnięty!

    Konkursy organizowane były na terenie trzech województw: pomorskiego, lubelskiego i mazowieckiego. Warunkiem wzięcia udziału było przygotowanie krótkiego filmu promującego Zintegrowany System Kwalifikacji, którego hasło przewodnie brzmiało:  „Moje kwalifikacje na rynku pracy” albo „Zintegrowany System Kwalifikacji – lubię to!”. Głównym celem konkursów było upowszechnianie idei uczenia się przez całe życie i możliwości, jakie daje Zintegrowany System Kwalifikacji. Konkursy miały też zachęcić młodzież do zdobywania kwalifikacji rynkowych, co w przyszłości ułatwi im start na rynku pracy. Oceny przesłanych filmów dokonała kapituła konkursu, która po długich obradach wyłoniła laureatów.

    W województwie pomorskim zwyciężyły filmy:

    • Progresja – miejsce pierwsze,
    • Uczę się i nigdy nie mówię NIE! – miejsce drugie,
    • Otwarte drzwi do SHE – miejsce trzecie.

    W województwie lubelskim:

    • Życie podążaniem za mądrością – miejsce pierwsze,
    • Integracja kwalifikacji kluczem do sukcesu – miejsce drugie,
    • Mój zawód – moje kwalifikacje – miejsce trzecie.

    W województwie mazowieckim pierwsze miejsce zajął film Nauka – podstawa zdobywania wiedzy. Ze względów formalnych pozostali laureaci nie zostali wyłonieni.  

    Dla laureatów przewidziane zostały atrakcyjne nagrody. Organizator skontaktuje się indywidualnie z każdym z nich.

    About the IQS at the largest automotive trade fair in central Europe

    During its four-day run from March 28-31, the 2019 Poznań Motor Show gathered several hundred motor industry representatives – including car and tire manufacturers, dealers, petrochemical and car paint companies. People from the automotive sector as well as motoring enthusiasts were warmly welcomed at the Show.

    Ferrari, contests and… qualifications

    Everyone could find something for themselves in the programme of events. As every year, the Motor Show premiered the new models of many global brands and concept cars. Business representatives could take part in numerous discussion panels devoted to industry topics, and the remaining guests – in contests with attractive prizes. The exhibitors prepared numerous attractions for Motor Show guests: you could take a picture of yourself with such models as Ferrari or Lamborghini, view an impressive collection of Oldtimers, watch an extreme riding show of motorcycles, or drive a full electric Audi e-tron. The attractive program of the Show attracted real crowds! One of the exhibitors at the Fair was the Educational Research Institute, whose stand also enjoyed considerable interest from the participants of the event. The presence of IBE at the Fair was linked to the development of the Sectoral Qualifications Framework for the moto industry.

    Qualifications in the automotive industry

    At IBE’s stand, guests could talk about the Integrated Qualifications System or read printed materials about the system’s operation. In addition, on Saturday 30 March, a debate was held on the Integrated Qualifications System with representatives of the industry and IBE. The meeting discussed the needs of the labour market in the automotive industry, the situation in sectoral schools and the benefits that the IQS can bring to the sector by preparing better qualified personnel. During the debate, participants sought to answer the question of whether formal education today responds to the needs of the labour market. The subject of the complementarity of market qualifications and those attained through formal learning was also discussed.
