Join us at the Next Meeting of the Public Debate on the IQS on October 22, 2019

This is the next in a series of 10 meetings of the current public debate entitled "The Integrated Qualifications System − A Bridge between Education and the Labour Market". The meeting will be an excellent opportunity to reflect on supporting the development of the skills of students in vocational education and training (VET). We cordially invite all interested persons!

The provisions introduced in the amended education law allowing individuals to attain market qualifications included in the IQS opens new opportunities for connecting education with the labour market. Therefore, the main topic of the second discussion meeting on “Market Qualifications and Sectoral Education” will focus on better integrating the different paths of attaining qualifications with current labour market needs. Participants will discuss, among others, the current state and perspectives of the lifelong learning policy in Poland, strengthening the role of market qualifications in the sectoral education system, the first IQS certificates for VET school students, and cooperation of the Educational Research Institute with such schools.

The Public Debate on the Integrated Qualifications System
