During the seminar, experts from the Educational Research Institute will present the tools designed to support the fashion sector. They will show how the Sectoral Qualifications Framework for the fashion industry can be used in the areas of employee recruitment, qualifications management or the identification of competency gaps, as well as discuss the benefits of describing market qualifications and including them in the IQS. A discussion panel is also planned, during which key representatives of the sector will share their opinions on the future of the industry in the context of its human resource development.
The seminar is addressed to all representatives of the fashion industry: employers, employees, representatives of industry organisations, trade unions and training companies, as well as representatives of the central administration, local governments and all those interested in this subject.
The seminar will be held on June 4, 2019, between 09:30 and 15:15 at Hotel Focus, ul. Łąkowa 23/25 in Łódź. Participation in the seminar is free, and participants from outside of Łódź can have their travel costs reimbursed. You are cordially invited to attend!
