Become the “Employer of Tomorrow”!

Another edition of the "Employer of Tomorrow" competition has begun. Its purpose is to distinguish entrepreneurs who are successfully implementing initiatives in which business and education are working with each other. We encourage you to participate!

This is the fifth edition of the “Employer of Tomorrow” competition, organised by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP). In recent years, its laureates included, among others, KGHM Polska Miedź, Krajowy Rejestr Długów and Comarch.

This year’s competition aims to highlight entrepreneurs who are raising the qualifications of their employees by cooperating with various educational institutions. The organisers invite all those who are interested in participating in the competition – micro, small, medium and large enterprises – to present their success stories in business-education cooperation.

During the competition, organisations will be selected that will be responsible for the selection of Sector Skills Councils, bottom-up initiatives enabling entrepreneurs to influence educational services – that is, “what” is taught and “how” it is taught in Polish schools, colleges and training institutions. There are currently seven such councils for the sectors of: construction, IT, finance, tourism, healthcare and social assistance, fashion and innovative textiles, and the automotive industry.
